Implementation of relationship management

Relationship management review

The scope and scale of activities undertaken to assess and improve supply chain relationships will be determined by factors such as the maturity and complexity of the relationship, the extent of the stakeholder population to be engaged, and the objectives of the exercise

The more complex the relationship or the greater the number of participants, the more important the services of an experience facilitator will become. In many instances an independent / external facilitator will enable the parties to fully explore issues adversely impacting upon the relationship.

Internal facilitation

Use RMM to measure status of relationship and recognise areas for improvement.
