Government Relations and Policy - Sarah Macken

Sarah is responsible for government relations and policy issues. She monitors parliamentary activities and, on behalf of members, formulates SBAC's position papers and submissions to select committees.

Head of Media Relations - Matthew Knowles

Matthew is the first point of contact for media enquiries to the SBAC. He ensures the timely dissemination of information regarding SBAC's activities to the media and manages the SBAC's work with the journalists.

Communications Executive - Samuel Jones

Samuel works on projects in both media relations and public affairs for the SBAC alongside Sarah and Matthew. He co-ordinates SBAC member input to Parliamentary communications, attends trade shows and exhibitions for SBAC as well as dealing with enquiries to the communications team.

Defence Communications Adviser - Matt Fincham

Matt works in a secondment role liaising between the defence industry and the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD). The role is to communicate to the media and to the public the successes achieved through the close working relationship of the MoD and the UK-based defence industry through the Defence Industrial Strategy.
